Well today we went to Bill and Barbs and they drove us to the Apache Trail. Sure was some nice things to see. You go by the Superstition Mountain where the Lost Dutchman Gold mine is or they say it is. We first stopped at the Superstition Mountain Museum. It is a good place to get all the information on the area and the history.

The nest stop was Goldfield Ghost Town. It was a mining town in 1980's that didn't make it big. but it is a fun place to wander around and shop.

Next stop was Tortilla Flats. This was the only stop over on the Apache Trail for workers on the Roosevelt Dam. It was built in 1906 and is still going strong today. The walls are covered in Dollar bills.
