Last lap till Denver
We stayed last night at Mill Creek RV park in Paxico KA and left this morning and are at High Plains RV park in Oakley KA.. Mill Creek was an ok park but way too close to RR track. It was had to get a good nights sleep with trains running all night. Here about all we have to listen to is the HWY. So it should be much better. Besides this is a great park they have a Bar and Café here. So dinner was done there. We will leave here in the AM and be in Denver early afternoon. So here we come and as least I let you know so you can get out of town before we get there. hehehehe

We are now in ST. Lewis Mo
We got to ST. Lewis yesterday and are staying at Babler State Park in Wildwood MO. It is a real nice state park with 50 Amp. electric but no water or sewer. Nice concrete pads to park on thought. After we got here we decided to go to Daniel Boons Family Farm. This was the place he finished his life at. Nice place to see and learn some more about his history.
Also went over to my childhood friend Bill Kelly's house and met he wife Carrie and spent the evening talking about old times. It was a great day.
Today we went to the ST Lewis Arch. Now that is one high place to go. We rode the Tram ride to the top and got a great view of the surrounding area. That was lots of fun and if you are ever in the area you should go see it. They also have two movies you can watch. One on the building of the arch and the other is all about The Lewis and Clarks Expedition. That was good as we have now been to the start of there expedition and the end of it.

We are on the move again
We left Ohio this morning and drove about 300 miles to Richmond IN. We are staying at Deer Ridge Camping Resort. It is a nice park but we don't have time to enjoy it. Will be on the road again tomorrow. We will head to Clinton IN. and stay at Horseshoe Lakes RV Park. It is one of our member parks and we will be there for 5 days. Then off again to ST. Louis to see a friend. This heading home is allot of driving. Will get to Denver on the 27th. and stay at a different park this time. We will be at South Park Mobile Home park on Federal south of Hampden. All for now.

New Place
CLICK HERE TO SEE MORE PICTURES OF THE COVERED BRIDGES
We left the Niagara Falls area and drove to Ohio and set up in a park called Kenisee Lake in Jefferson Ohio. It is one of our member parks and it is real nice. Lots of grass and trees. While checking out the park we ran into our friends Randy and Stephanie that we had met in a park called Timothy Lake South PA when we were there. There isn't lots to do around the area but today they took us on a Covered Bridge tour. We saw 12 bridges most built around the 1800's. It was good fun and the bridges were cool to look at.
Don't think we will have much to post from around here as I said there isn't much to see and do. May take a ride up to Erie Lake but that is about it. Getting closer to Denver and will be nice to see all our friends and family there.

Well I did it.
CLICK HERE FOR PICTURES OF BOTH ERIE CANAL TRIPS
I took the Kayak out on the Erie Canal and went about 3 miles and even went through Locks 34 and 35. They drop you some 50 feet. Now that was fun. No Gloria didn't go as she cant swim so it was just me and she stayed up top to take pictures. Dirty job but someone had to do it.
Now we are back at the house and getting ready to head out tomorrow for a Park called Kenisse Lakes in Ohio. We will be there about a week and then move closer to Colo.
